I rarely write reviews at all, however, there are times when certain experiences shine through as truly exceptional, and working with Stacey Wyatt as our realtor was indeed one of those times. It’s hard to know where to begin since Stacey was so engaged with us from start to finish while recently listing and very quickly (first day on the market!) selling our home. I say recent, but actually, he met with us on several occasions for several years as we vacillated about when and how to sell a very unique home that needed total renovation. We worried he would give up on us and stop taking our calls ??, but he most definitely did not do so, and even more, he continued to provide knowledgeable and sage expertise every step of the way, even when we weren’t sure we were going to put it on the market. When we finally decided to list, he could not have been more thorough and adept at evaluating the comps, the unique aspects of the property, and ultimately applying his expertise in big and small ways that all added up to selling at not only a higher price than others had expected, but in doing so with a high degree of integrity and regard for all parties involved. From early morning calls to late night texts that we sent him, in-depth evaluations (both structurally as well as financial), and from professionalism to simply pushing his sleeves up to help us clear out the garage by loading up mounds of trash in his truck late one night, we were completely amazed at the degree of his involvement. I think the time that really blew me away the most was when he came early one morning to help hang pictures and spread pine straw. This review may sound over-the-top, but what can we say, Stacey and his team are simply the best real estate company anyone could ever imagine, and we can’t imagine using anyone else! One final note, this was not the first time we hired Stacey as our realtor. Years ago, when my mom developed Alzheimer’s and the need to sell her home became apparent, his efforts absolutely made ALL the difference in ensuring an excellent experience just when we needed it most. We just moved from Connecticut and felt like we struck gold when our friends referred us to the Stacey Wyatt Realty Group. From the moment we met Stacey and our agent Callie, we finally knew what the term "Southern hospitality" was all about. Let me make this very straight forward and clear. We had so much trust in Stacey and Callie, that we purchased our home in Georgia unseen. That's right, unseen! They went to great lengths to do facetime videos, send pics, and provide us with all the necessary supplementing documentation that we knew exactly what we just bought without even seeing the home in person. We love our home. We love our neighborhood, schools for the kids, and this was the best decision my wife and I had made. To go one step further, Stacey himself showed up at our doorstep with a very beautiful and personalized "Welcome to Georgia" gift package for us weeks after we moved in. You just don't see this deep personal type of service these days, but Stacey is different. Its not just business with him, because he is down to earth. He would do follow up phone calls to see how we were adjusting and if we needed anything to feel free to call him directly.
